Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia. Our socks are manufactured in Japan with care and precision.
How long does delivery take?
- Australia: 2–7 business days
- International: Delivery times vary by destination and local customs
Please note: During festive seasons, delivery may take longer than usual.
Which carrier do you use?
We ship via Australia Post. Tracking is provided with every order.
Can I request signature on delivery?
Yes. You may select “Delivery confirmation with signature” at checkout for an additional $3.

How should I care for my socks?
To ensure the longevity and performance of your five-toe grip socks, we recommend the following care guidelines:
- Wash inside out to help preserve the silicone grip on the sole
- Use cold or warm water and avoid bleach or fabric softeners
- Air dry or tumble dry on low heat
- Do not pull excessively when putting on or taking off the socks, as this may cause holes or damage to the fabric

Do you accept returns?
Yes. For a limited time, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your socks, you may return them—no questions asked.
Are worn socks returnable?
No. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for socks that have been worn.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping to Australia.
