All our products are crafted in Japan with care and precision. Orders are packed and shipped from Sydney, Australia.

 -Shipping Details

  • Carrier: Australia Post (no delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses)
  • Dispatch Time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days
  • Delivery Time:
    • Australia: 2–7 business days
    • International: Delivery times vary by destination
  • Festive Season Notice: During holiday periods, deliveries may take much longer than usual. We appreciate your patience.
  • Tracking: Provided with every order

-International Deliveries

Once your parcel departs Australia, local postal services may take over.

  • For example, New Zealand customers should track their parcel via New Zealand Post using the same tracking number.
  • If you have questions, please contact your local postal service directly.

-Delivery & Responsibility

  • Standard Australia Post delivery is contactless — packages may be left at your door.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
  • To ensure secure delivery, we recommend selecting “Delivery confirmation with signature” at checkout.
  • You can also manage your delivery (reschedule, redirect, etc.) via Australia Post’s tracking portal.

If you do not choose a signature option or manage your delivery, you accept the risk of loss or theft after delivery confirmation.

-Missed Deliveries

If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, Australia Post may return your package to a local facility. Please contact them promptly to arrange redelivery or pickup.
If the holding period expires, the shipment may be refused, returned to us, or discarded.

  • Discarded: No refund will be issued
  • Returned: We will refund the product cost minus a return handling fee

-Returns & Order Issues

  • If your item is incorrect or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and before wearing the item.
  • For missing items, please send photos of the delivery package. Without photos, we cannot resend missing items.
  • After 30 days, we consider the order accepted as-is.
  • No returns or exchanges on sale, discounted, or outlet items.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping to us including shipping fee.

Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your purchase. For a limited time, we offer a 30-day satisfaction return — if you're not happy with your items for any reason, you may return them no questions asked.

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping to us
  • Please contact us at ai@vplusforce.com.au to initiate a return

After 30 days, we consider the order accepted as-is and cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
